Noolux AI was founded in 2026 by Arta Astomand in response to that fragmentation. Conceived as the first technology venture of Noolux Capital, the company began with a central conviction: the next generation of productivity technology should not be another isolated application. It should be an intelligent, connected environment in which the essential parts of work operate together.
That conviction continues to guide Noolux AI as we shape a new model for how individuals and teams think, organize, collaborate, and act.

Arta Astomand
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Arta Astomand is an entrepreneur and strategist whose background spans dentistry, neuroscience, healthcare entrepreneurship, capital markets, AI strategy, and venture building.
He holds a PhD in neuroscience and formerly practised dentistry. Those experiences helped shape his enduring interest in human cognition, decision-making, and the systems that influence how people perform.
Arta founded Noolux Capital as a platform for disciplined capital allocation and long-term venture creation. He subsequently established Noolux AI to pursue a broader technological vision: creating a more intelligent and coherent way for people to work.
His approach combines scientific curiosity, market discipline, entrepreneurial resilience, and a long-term commitment to building useful technology.
